Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the GreenFlow platform (the "Platform"), a car-rental aggregation API connecting client companies ("Tenants") with rental-company distribution systems. By creating an account, issuing an API key or consuming the API you accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Service

GreenFlow provides programmatic access to availability, rates, bookings, modifications, cancellations and voucher issuance across the integrated rental companies. Final availability and pricing are provided by each rental company; GreenFlow is not a party to the rental contract between the passenger and the rental company.

Test-mode keys operate against the rental companies' sandbox environments and never create real bookings.

3. Accounts and security

Each Tenant is responsible for safeguarding its API keys and GDS credentials. Compromised keys must be revoked immediately from the panel. GreenFlow may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud or rate-limit violations.

4. Data

The Tenant is responsible for the personal data of its passengers submitted to the Platform. GreenFlow acts as a data processor and uses that data solely to execute the requested operations (bookings, vouchers, notifications).

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". GreenFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the third-party systems it aggregates. GreenFlow's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Tenant in the three months preceding the originating event.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing the new version on this page with at least 15 days' notice for material changes.
